Credits earned from trading-in your items with us are issued via a gift card. It should be sent to your email together with a breakdown of the value of each item within 4 weeks from your pick-up date.

If you don’t see an email, do check your spam/junk inbox in case the emails have ended up there. (Quick tip: as your credits do not have to be spent in a single transaction, we recommend saving this email for quicker access to your gift card for future purchases.)

If you are unable to locate your gift card, please drop us an email at support@thryft.sg, so that we can help to resend the gift card to your email.
